A chain of buffer traders can be formed between the original missing importer and the final exporter, helping to blur the link between the final reclaim of VAT and the original importer.8. The Maastricht rules can be therefore circumvented quite legally through windy swaps and other complex financial instruments. There are huge commissions generated, and part of them is fed back to kleptocrats as kickbacks, safely deposited in secret offshore accounts. Swap provided upfront payments to the Greek State and upfront kickbacks to Graecokleptocrats in return for deferred payments, ensuring Greece would scrape in under the Maastricht criteria for eurozone. Swapping one stream of payments for another is a confidential tailored bilateral deal. Swap terms do not have to follow market prices, but the needs of counterparties and kleptocrats. God Aeolos brings windfall kickbacks to Graecokleptocrats.The tailored terms of the swap transactions ensured that Greece was a net recipient of funds in the early years but would pay the money back later, bringing a Pyrrhic victory to a future government, a burned land, an empty Treasury. These were credits, but because they were structured as swaps rather than loans, they did not have to be recorded as debt or count against the country's compliance with the Maastricht criteria for eurozone membership, which was precisely why they were so attractive.Bailing out Greece would be wrong, because it would reinforce the rampant moral hazard in financial markets. It would perpetuate the inequitable and politically unacceptable situation where structuring fees are retained by the banks as profits while credit losses are socialized and passed onto miserable taxpayers, who run amuck in the direction of the cliff.Greece would do everyone a favor by declaring bankruptcy. Greece faces years of misery in any case. The threat of being shut out of capital markets would be a blessing for Greece. Venitis asserts the shock and awe of government bankruptcy would restructure Greek politics for good! Greece needs the constructive destruction of bankruptcy! Bailout of Greece would be a destructive distraction. Greece's debts must be defaulted and rescheduled, at the cost to creditors and sellers of default swaps, in order to share the burden more equitably between banks, who have profited handsomely from their transactions, and the local economy.Papandreou must contend with a hostility toward Graecokleptocrats. Since joining Fourth Reich(EU) in 1981, Greece has developed the image of a chronically reckless brat that extorts money from the Cohesion Fund and mismanages its own affairs. The fury toward Greece has reached new levels of intensity during the current crisis. Part of that is displaced anger in that Fourth Reich technocrats had every reason to know that Greece's deficit numbers were dodgy but signed off on them anyway. This problem is compounded by a tax system that is arcane, vague, and quite punitive for those who are not prepared to dodge or bribe the tax inspectors, a service that the affluent take disproportionate advantage of. The corrupt and predatory nature of government bureaucracies makes starting or growing a business in Greece a nightmare, which means fewer new private-sector jobs, slower economic growth, and lower tax revenues. Because of costly hassles, too many of Greece's well-educated and naturally entrepreneurial people shy away from starting new enterprises and instead scramble desperately for government employment, no matter how miserable the work. This puts pressure on politicians to hire them, which bloats the civil service even more.Venitis notes the Fourthreichian Central Bank(ECB) has no mandate to take into account the situation of a specific country. A NEW video-based website has been created that aims to offer support to the arts and culture of Cyprus. As part of its launch party, KiprosTV is hosting a special screening of various short films showcasing the works of local artists, musicians, theatre groups and other related subjects.
Kipros.TV will go live on the internet on the same day as its launch party on March 24. As Michael Kalopedis, founder of KiprosTV, notes: “Through the use of video and online technologies, KiprosTV aims to document, showcase and support such efforts in our local community, as well as to make them known on an international level.”
KiprosTV does not charge a fee to the featured artists and organisations for the video production services and for being included on its website. The content is also free for all those who would like to visit and watch the videos online.
The event will take place at Apothikes (behind Saint Lazarus Church) in Larnaca. Doors open at 7.45pm and entrance is free. Screenings start at 8.30pm after a live music performance by Tat-Tnabar, a Cypriot based band known for creating their own instruments such as trumpets made from carrots.

The prison system is in crisis, and incapable of properly rehabilitating prisoners. Reoffending rates remain very high. Reoffenders are responsible for more than half of all crime. Thousands of prisoners are being let out early from prison because of mismanagement of the prison system. The consequences of this failure are enormous. We can't go on like this.Gun laws have rendered millions of citizens defenseless; and drug laws, as in the case of medical marijuana, have left thousands of cancer, AIDS, and glaucoma patients helpless without the medical benefits of their preferred treatment. The interference with the right of people to choose their own medicines and means of self-defense has been a tragic matter of life and death for all too many peaceful citizens. The most fundamental argument against drug laws and gun laws is moral: people have a right to own themselves, defend themselves, possess property, and control their own bodies. In practice, when this right is thwarted, disaster ensues. The drug war and gun control have led to huge black markets in drugs and guns. With millions of potential customers, people who enter the illegal businesses are people who are likely to take risks and perhaps break laws in other ways. Without the legal mechanisms of arbitration, disputes are often settled with violence. The more money spent on enforcement, the more lucrative and risky the business, and the more violence results. Economists have estimated that the drug war increases homicides by as much as 50 percent, and the Justice Department has estimated that 2 million crimes are stopped every year by private gun ownership. Few policies would cut down on crime more than ending the drug war and repealing gun laws. Drug prohibition does more to make citizens unsafe than any other factor. Just as alcohol prohibition gave us Al Capone and the mafia, drug prohibition has given us the Crips, the Bloods and drive-by shootings. Consider the historical evidence: America's murder rate rose nearly 70% during alcohol prohibition, but returned to its previous levels after prohibition ended. Now, since the War on Drugs began, murder rates have doubled. The cause-effect relationship is clear. Prohibition is putting innocent lives at risk.What's more, drug prohibition also inflates the cost of drugs, leading users to steal to support their high priced habits. It is estimated that drug addicts commit 25% of all auto thefts, 40% of robberies and assaults, and 50% of burglaries and larcenies. Prohibition puts your property at risk. Finally, nearly one half of all police resources are devoted to stopping drug trafficking, instead of preventing violent crime. The bottom line? By ending drug prohibition Libertarians would double the resources available for crime prevention, and significantly reduce the number of violent criminals at work in your neighborhood.Citizens have the right to decide how best to protect themselves, their families and their property. Citizens who have guns in their homes sleep more comfortably because of it. Studies show that where gun ownership is illegal, residential burglaries are higher. A man with a gun in his home is no threat to you if you aren't breaking into it. The police do not provide security in your home, your business or the street. They show up after the crime to take reports and do detective work. The poorer the neighborhood, the riskier it is for peaceful residents.Only an armed citizenry can be present in sufficient numbers to prevent or deter violent crime before it starts, or to reduce its spread. Interviews with convicted felons indicate that fear of the armed citizen significantly deters crime. Foolish politicians and police now seek to ban semi-automatic rifles. They ignore the fact that only honest citizens will comply; criminals will still have them. Such a ban will only increase the criminals' ability to victimize the innocent.The overriding impact of immigrants is to strengthen and enrich culture, increase the total output of the economy, and raise the standard of living of citizens. Immigrants are advantageous for several reasons. Since they are willing to take a chance in a new land, they are self-selected on the basis on motivation, risk taking, work ethic, and other attributes beneficial to a nation. They tend to come during their prime working years, and they contribute to the workforce and make huge net contributions to old-age entitlement programs. Immigrants tend to fill niches in the labor market where demand is highest relative to supply, complementing rather than directly competing with native workers. Many immigrants arrive with extremely high skill levels, and virtually all, regardless of skill level, bring a strong desire to work. Their children tend to reach high levels of achievement in schools and in society at large.The Rome Statute and the International Criminal Court(ICC) are fundamentally incompatible with the political and constitutional principles of the United States. For example, the rights to trial by jury, a speedy trial, and the presumption of innocence are conspicuously absent from the ICC's legal due processes. Accordingly, Uncle Sam held the ICC at arm's length, continuing the centuries-old U.S. policy of abstaining from excessively entangling international institutions. A country should engage, promote justice, and cooperate internationally, but it should do so within the bounds of its constitution, no matter how inconvenient it may seem. The maintenance of democracy of a country is linked irrevocably to independence abroad. Moral self-satisfaction in the international arena is a poor substitute for government legitimacy at home.

Ισλαμοφοβία, Άγνοια ή Προπαγάνδα?Έτσι τσεκάρησα ένα γάμο, που διοργάνωσε η Χαμάς στη Γάζα, όπως και εσείς.

Το κόμμα, προετοίμασε 450 γαμπρούς, μπροστά από τα 5.000 περίπου επισκέπτες, ενώ οι νύφες ήσαν αλλού. Είναι ο τρόπος που τα πράγματα γίνονται έτσι εδώ, Προσωπικά είμαι υπέρ της ανάμειξης των δύο φύλων (στη γιορτή-εκδήλωση αυτή), αλλά δεν είμαι έτοιμος να το υποστηρίξω, παρά όταν θα είμαιστε περισσότεροι.
Πάνω στη σκηνή εκεί, είναι έτοιμοι για μουσική και χορό. Καθένας έχει μια καλή στιγμή, ακόμα και για μένα, αν και οι "robocops" της Χαμας, με κάνουν λίγο νευρικό. Σίγουρα η Χαμάς έχει ανάμεσά της και ψυχρούς δολοφόνους, που πιθανόν φροντίζουν να υποστηρίζουν τη δολοφονία των παιδιών στο Ισραήλ, αλλά βεβαιωθείτε αν (πράγματι) καταπατούνται τα δικαιώματα των γυναικών, γιατί (διαπιστώνω) ότι πολλοί από τους οπαδούς τους, είναι μόνο οι απλοί άνθρωποι. Και χρειάζονται ένα διάλειμμα.
Οι άνδρες και οι γυναίκες κάθονται, οι περισσότεροι αγνοούν τις ομιλίες, ορισμένοι αγνοούν ακόμα και τις προσευχές. Τα πυροτεχνήματα εκρήγνυται συνέχεια, οι επευφημίες ξεκινούν, και τον Μάρτιο οι πρόσκοποι της Χαμάς, χτυπούν τύμπανα, εξετάζοντας κάθε λεπτομέρεια (καταλαβαίνεις) ότι στο μέλλον οι μαχητές της Χαμάς θα είναι περισσότεροι. Στη συνέχεια οι γαμπροί, ηλικίας περίπου 18 έως περίπου 28 χρονών. Κρατούν από τα χέρια, τις μικρές ανιψιές και τις ξαδέρφες τους, μικρά κορίτσια ηλικίας από περίπου 3 έως 8 χρονών, που έγιναν το πολύ εννιάχρονες, φορώντας τα λευκά "νυφικά".
Μέχρι να πάνε όλοι στο στάδιο, οι επευφημίες και μουσική φούντωναν όλο και πιο δυνατά. Τα κορίτσια έχουν το χρόνο της ζωής (μπροστά) τους, αλλά, που να πάρει, είχαν βαρεθεί μετά από λίγο, και κατέβηκαν από τη σκηνή και άρχισαν να χορεύουν μεταξύ τους και να παίζουν παιχνίδια.
Σας εκθέτω τα σχετικά με αυτό το γεγονός, για να το θέσουμε σε ένα (πραγματικό) πλαίσιο, λέγοντας ότι έλαβε χώρα (συνέβη) μόλις ένα μίλι από τα ισραηλινά σύνορα και ήταν ένα μήνυμα από τη Χαμάς, για να δείξει ότι εμπιστοστεύεται τη δύναμη της και το μέλλον των μαχητών της. Ω!, και ότι οι νύφες ήσαν αλλού. Αρκετά απλή η εξήγηση.
Ποτέ δεν φαντάσθηκα για μια στιγμή, ότι τα μικρά κορίτσια θα μπορούσε αργότερα να περιγράφονται στη bloggersphere ως νύφες! Πόσο αφελής είμουν.
Δεκάδες, και εννοώ δεκάδες, των δικτυακών τόπων, πήραν το βίντεο της εκδήλωσης και έγραψαν μακάβριες ιστορίες για παιδεραστία των μελών της Χαμάς, με πρωτοσέλιδα για "450 νύφες-παιδιά", καθώς και ατελείωτες αντιγραφές, για το πόσο αηδιαστικό αυτό ήταν, που έδειξε πως το Ισλάμ είναι διεφθαρμένο, επαναλαμβάνοντας αυτά επ 'άπειρον. Από Site σε site, διαστρεβλώθηκε η ιστορία, με τη σύνδεση, από μία εντελώς λανθασμένη εστία με φορτίο σκουπιδιών στην επόμενη. Θα δώσουμε πίστωση για Tundra Tabloids που τουλάχιστον κατέβασαν το βίντεο, αλλά οι περισσότερες περιοχές (διαδικτύου) μόλις επανεπενδύονται με ανεξάρτητη (παραπληροφόρηση).
Πέρασα μερικές ώρες επισκεπτόμενος ιστοσελίδες και άφησα σχόλια όπου θα μπορούσα. To μικρό αποτέλεσμα. Αντ 'αυτού έλαβα μια σταθερή ροή βιτριόλι. Η "καλύτερη" (χειρότερη) απάντηση ήταν σε μια τοποθεσία (ίντερνετ), που τη διαχειρίζεται μια Debbie Schlussel. Ο τύπος που το δημοσίευσε, είπε ότι δεν ενδιαφέρεται για τις λεπτομέρειες. Η λεπτομέρεια είναι το γεγονός ότι τα κορίτσια δεν ήταν οι νύφες.
Έδειξε πόσο ορισμένοι άνθρωποι θέλουν να πιστεύουν ανοησίες σαν αυτή, δεδομένου ότι εκ νέου ισχυροποιούν τις προκαταλήψεις τους, πάντα σαν ένα πράγμα διασκέδασης, που άνετα κάνουν. Αλλά η Χαμάς, και οι τζιχαντιστές, όσο κι αν έχουν κάνει αρκετά φοβερά πράγματα, δεν έχουν να κάνουν κάτι εναντίον αυτών. Τα περισσότερα από αυτά που διάβασα τελικά, ήσαν απερίσκεπτα, χαροπά, με έντονη ισλαμοφοβία, από ανθρώπους που δεν γνώριζαν τίποτα απολύτως, σχετικά με την αραβική λαϊκή κουλτούρα. Γράφουν, όπως πραγματικά θέλουν να πιστεύουν, ότι δηλαδή, επειδή υπάρχουν παραδείγματα νύφες μικρής ηλικίας, αυτό σημαίνει (γι αυτούς), ότι σε όλους τους γάμους, οι νύφες είναι παιδιά.
Μερικές περιοχές (ίντερνετ) έφθασαν στο σημείο να παραπονιούνται, ότι τα καθιερωμένα μέσα ενημέρωσης ήταν συνένοχα στην παιδοφιλία, επειδή είχαν αναφερθεί στον ομαδικό γάμο, αλλά παρέλειψαν (τα ΜΜΕ) να αναφέρουν ότι τα μικρά κορίτσια επρόκειτο να βιαστούν εκείνο το βράδυ. Και έτσι συνέχισα, και για.
Ίσως ήμουν σίγουρος, ότι θα υπολόγιζαν το γεγονός, ότι οι νύφες ήταν αλλού. Είναι δυνατόν να μην ήξεραν?. Αλλά ποιος θα πιστέψετε, έναν δημοσιογράφο που πήγε στην εκδήλωση, ή μια απελπιστικά φτωχή έκδοση του δημοσιογράφου πολίτη (blogger), που παραβρέθηκε στο (ισλαμικό) σπίτι, μέχρι να γίνουν τα πράγματα, χωρίς κανέναν έλεγχο, και εν γνώσει του ή σκόπιμα, γράφει υστερικά τις αντι ισλαμικές ανοησίες,

Γιατί η αλήθεια πρέπει να μένει η αλήθεια σας στέλνω την σύνδεση του αυθεντικού άρθρου . Επικοινώνησα με το Παλαιστινιακό γραφείο Παρισιού γιατί μου μύριζε άσχημα και εμένα . Τα κοριτσάκια που βλέπουμε στις φωτογραφίες δεν είναι οι νύφες αλλά αδελφούλες η ξαδερφούλες(οι bridesmaids όπως λένε στα εγγλέζικα) , οι γαμπροί ΔΕΝ πήραν 500 ευρό για τον γάμο αλλά ΈΔΩΣΑΝ 500 ευρό και ο ομαδικός γάμος έγινε ακριβώς γιατί τα ζευγάρια δεν έχουν τα μέσα για χωριστό γάμο . Οι Παλαιστίνιοι είναι στην πλειονότητα μουσουλμάνοι και η παράδοση θέλει την νύφη να περιμένει σε άλλο μέρος και να γιορτάζει χωριστά με γυναίκες μόνο .
